CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, Hotel Tylösand is entitled to compensation as follows: Cancellation later than 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the price.
Cancellation later than 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the price.
If cancellation insurance has been signed, the guest has the right to cancel in the event of illness or death in the family with full refund until noon. 12:00 on the day of arrival.
In case of illness, the guest must submit the current sickness certificate from a licensed doctor to Hotel Tylösand. Any costs for doctor visits are paid by the guest.
THE SPA
Children under 15 are welcome to stay at the spa accompanied by an adult, but not in the relaxation area on the upper level.
