Saturday menu

Menu for our three course dinner, 2 May - 3 Oct 2022. You can choose between two different starters, three main courses and two desserts.

STARTER
  • Boiled asparagus with sherry vinegar marinated 
    primeur crüdité, deep-fried black root and asparagus cream
  • Alder-smoked salmon Sashimi with bleak roe, 
    marinated potatoes, pickled beetroot mayonnaise and dill oil 

MAIN
  • Fermented pea beef with blackened gem lettuce, bean and tomatoe ragu, raw fried bellaverde and 
    baked celeriac 
  • Baked ling back, browned butter sauce with ramson, potato puree, romanesco, browned hazelnuts and 
    baked baby carrot
  • Roasted fillet of beef with potato gratin, red wine sauce, raw fried bellaverde, sage and mustard 
    emulsion and baked leek 

DESSERT
  • Variety of rhubarb and vanilla - pie, sorbet and jelly 
  • Carina’s hazelnut cake with lightly whipped sanddorn cream and glazed sanddorn
