MONDAY MENU

Menu for our three course dinner, 2 May - 3 Oct 2022. You can choose between two different starters, threee main courses and two desserts.

STARTER
  • Ramson soup with walnut salad served with cashew cheese and green soybeans 
  • Green primeur asparagus, champagne vinaigrette, nettle-filled veal roll and salt-baked tomatoes

MAIN COURSE
  • Creamy bean pasta with baked white asparagus, croquettes with edamame beans and crispy cabbage   
  • Butter fried cod back with shellfish sauce, herb 
    potatoes, yellow beet root, lemon-pickled radish and whipped horseradish cream   
  • Herb fried lamb fillet with wine-baked white asparagus dill-mounted red wine sauce, potato puree and crispy cabbage 

DESSERT
  • White chocolate ice cream with cranberry biscotti and spicy cucumber
  • Salty Caramel cheesecake with fresh berries and 
    sugar-salted hazelnuts
