Sunday menu

Menu for our three course dinner. You can choose between two different starters, three main courses and two desserts. The menu is valid until 14 January 2024.

STARTER
  • Charcuterie board with Pata Negra, truffle salami, bresaola, roasted nuts, brie, crispbread and fig marmalade
  • Fresh spring rolls stuffed with marinated rice, carrot, cucumber, avocado, pickled ginger, wasabi, soy dip and sriracha mayonnaise

MAIN COURSE
  • Slow-baked Iberico pork loin with spiced gravy, sauteed potatoes, ratatouille Provençale and baked tomato
  • Wine-baked ling loin with sea mussels, shrimps, potatoes, baked fennel and mussel sauce
  • Risotto with kale pesto, curly kale, vegetarian cheese, bean croquette, aspabroc and baked tomato

​DESSERT
  • Apple cake with vanilla ice cream, salted caramel sauce and candied hazelnuts
  • Chocolate mousse with cherry compote, chocolate cubes and candied lemon zest
