Sunday menu

Menu for our three course dinner, 2 May - 3 Oct 2022. You can choose between two different starters, three main courses and two desserts.

STARTER
  • Asian Style tartar on beans with kimchi salad and red chili mayonnaise
  • Tylösand´s Skagen with roasted brioche, pickled red onion, lemon and dill oil 

MAIN COURSE
  • Teriyaki marinated tofu with cabbage, mango and coriander salsa and crispy corn tortilla
  • Creamy fish and seafood stew with mussels, shrimp, warm primeurs, potatoes and croutons 
  • Fried Iberico collar with cabbage, caper cream, salt-roasted pine nuts, baked tomato and deep-fried 
    potatoes

DESSERT
  • Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and strawberries 
  • Cashew nut pannacotta, passion fruit meringue,  mango compote and fresh berries
