HOTEL TYLÖSAND’S SPECIAL DIET POLICY
To provide the best possible service while also protecting the environment and reducing food waste, we kindly ask you to inform us of any dietary preferences or special diets in advance. This helps us avoid food wastage and minimize waiting times for both you and other guests. If you choose to change your dish on-site, a fee of SEK 135 for starters and SEK 295 for main courses will be charged.
Special diets included in our standard offers:
Plant-based diets (vegan).
Medical special diets – allergies of various kinds, e.g. gluten, lactose, eggs, fish, and shellfish. (See allergen list below.)
Cultural special diets – food choices based on religion or culture, e.g. pork replaced with plant-based alternatives.
Allergy diets such as allergies to poultry and meat are replaced with plant-based options.
If you wish to replace, for example, meat with fish, an additional fee of SEK 60 (excluding VAT) per dish applies. This also applies to lifestyle diets and various personal preferences.

Please note that airborne allergies unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
