OCTOBER 24–25 – WINE TASTING WITH GALATEA
At this tasting, we’ll get to know the family-owned wine producer Weingut Leth and taste various wines from the range that Galatea imports to Sweden. The tasting is hosted by Stefan Holm, who has worked with wine for many years and held numerous tastings. Afterwards, we’ll have a deeper understanding of wine aromas and how best to pair wine with food.
NOVEMBER 7–8 – WINE AFFAIR
Emelie Hunter from Wine Affair will be joining us and taking you on a flavourful journey through France’s fantastic red wines. Under her guidance, we will taste four carefully selected wines from some of the country’s most classic regions.
NOVEMBER 21–22 – BACARDI
Together with Lasse and Bacardi, you’ll have the chance to become your own home bartender. Try shaking a few drinks and enjoy an evening in good company.
DECEMBER 26–27 – WINE TASTING WITH JACOBSSON & SÖDERSTRÖM
Together with Fredrik Grönwall from Jacobsson & Söderström, you’ll get to explore Pinot Noir – one of the world’s most appreciated grape varieties.
DECEMBER 30–31 – SPARKLING TASTING WITH GALATEA
We’ll taste different sparkling wines (including Champagne) and learn what makes these drinks so special, what influences their flavours, and how to best enjoy them on different occasions. The tasting is presented by Galatea and hosted by Stefan Holm, who has many years of experience in food, beverages, and tastings.
JANUARY 2-3 - WINE TASTING WITH HANDPICKED
Together with Victoria Gustafsson from Handpicked, you are invited to explore the unique character of volcanic wines – wines born from soils rich in basalt, lava, and ash. During the tasting, you’ll experience both white and red wines from some of the world’s most fascinating volcanic regions, where the power of nature leaves its unmistakable mark on every drop, creating a character that cannot be replicated anywhere else.
JANUARY 5 – DIVINE
The area between San Francisco and Santa Barbara – Central Coast – is home to some of California’s most dynamic wine regions. Here you’ll find everything from historic vineyards planted as early as the 1800s to modern producers shaping the wines of the future. Lasse Solum from Divine will guide you through the wines of this region, sharing both knowledge and fascinating stories. Together, we will taste four red wines from one of California’s most talked-about regions right now.
