Menu for our three course dinner. You can choose between two different starters, threee main courses and two desserts.

STARTER
- Marinated reindeer topside with pickled chanterelles, semi-dried tomato, eschalot chutney and mache salad
- Carpaccio on beets with herbs cream, sugar pea crudité, pickled red onion, cucumber, deep-fried black cabbage and roasted walnuts
MAIN COURSE
- Herbs fried chicken breast from Knäred with Calvados sauce, Savoy cabbage, apricot, crispy pancetta and roasted potatoes
- Broiled back of cod with champagne velouté, marinated shrimps, asparagus, lemon dressed kohlrabi and mashed potatoes with browned butter
- Blackened cauliflower with field pea curry, roasted cashew nuts, coriander and pomegranate
DESSERT
- Stracciatella semifreddo with raspberry Swiss roll, salty caramel sauce and candied hazelnuts
- ”Deconstructed” carrot cake
