RESTAURANT & BAR

At Hotel Tylösand, we offer everything from fun dining to tapas, sushi, after beach and a vibrant nightclub scene. During the summer season, we open our four innovative, top-tier restaurants, offering everything from classic Swedish dishes to grilled specialties, pizza, tapas, sushi and seafood. We host after beach events, nightclubs, major concerts and events.

BARTENDER

We are looking for bartenders with a strong passion for service, beverages and cocktails. You have previous experience working as a bartender, preferably in a cocktail bar or nightclub, and hold a relevant bartender certification. You are positive, efficient and enjoy working in a great team at a fast pace.

You will work in one of Hotel Tylösand’s bars, ranging from classic cocktail bars to nightclubs and after beach venues. You must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service and working hours that may include evenings and nights. Start dates are ongoing during the spring. The positions are seasonal, with a strong possibility of extension. Working hours include daytime, evenings and weekends. WAITING STAFF

We are a fantastic team in need of reinforcement. You are passionate about service, food and beverages, want to give our guests that extra touch, and are eager to grow — which you will do with us. We operate four restaurants with different concepts, ranging from sushi to tapas, pizza and à la carte dining.

Through our unique way of working, we can offer positions both to those with at least two years of professional experience and to those with less experience who want to learn and develop. We will tell you more once you’ve submitted your application.

At Hotel Tylösand, you will sometimes work at a high pace in a strong team and in an environment with breathtaking views of the sea and beach, where world-class artists and top DJs keep the energy high.

ARTIST HOSPITALITY HOST

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, in a structured manner, and who truly loves service.

Previous experience with similar tasks and buffet service is an advantage. You have good knowledge of allergens and are comfortable presenting food to smaller groups.

The role includes contact with artists and event organizers, ensuring pre-orders of food and beverages, and keeping dressing rooms clean and well-organized.

BREAKFAST HOST

We are looking for a morning-loving star who wants to give our guests the best possible start to their day. Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage. You are stress-resistant, positive, engaged and reliable.

Start dates are ongoing during the spring. Positions are seasonal and may vary in scope. Working hours include weekdays and weekends, with the possibility of extension. Interviews are held continuously.

RUNNER

As a Runner, you are always eager to learn more. You have a strong service mindset and provide the helping hands to restaurants, bars, nightclubs and after beach venues.

We are looking for someone who enjoys service, serving guests, clearing tables, restocking bars and working in a fast-paced yet enjoyable environment. Even if you lack extensive experience, you are welcome to apply and grow with us. HOTEL

HOUSEKEEPING STAFF

For the summer season, we are looking for housekeeping staff. The role includes cleaning all areas of the hotel, such as guest rooms, spa facilities, restaurants, conference areas, public spaces and staff areas. As the role involves a lot of guest interaction, you must be able to assist guests with their requests.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, positive and helpful. To thrive in this role, you should enjoy working at a fast pace, have strong collaboration skills and a genuine interest in service and quality, with the guest always in focus. You are detail-oriented, able to work independently and willing to go the extra mile when needed.

Due to extensive guest interaction and the need to read and understand instructions, fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required. Previous experience in similar roles or other service positions is an advantage, but a positive attitude and ambition are just as important.

RECEPTIONIST

Are you passionate about service, stress-resistant, enjoy teamwork and meeting new people? Then a receptionist role might be the perfect summer job for you.

As a receptionist at Hotel Tylösand, you are available to assist our guests and are passionate about delivering world-class service.

Typical duties include check-in and check-out, lobby bar service, handling bookings and various administrative tasks. While we follow clear routines, no two days are the same, and the role offers great variety. You are outgoing, positive, solution-oriented and passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements include previous service experience. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, have strong teamwork skills and be stress-resistant. Experience with PMS Opera, Trivec and WaiterAid is an advantage, as is general knowledge of Hotel Tylösand.

You must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service and working hours that may include evenings and nights.

ENTRANCE HOST

As an Entrance Host, you will meet many happy summer guests and be the first person to welcome them at the hotel reception entrance.

Your main responsibility is to make guests feel comfortable, welcome and valued, while ensuring world-class service and a positive first impression of Hotel Tylösand.

Working hours are mainly evenings and nights, though daytime shifts may occur. To apply, you should be service-minded, social, detail-oriented and confident. Knowledge of Hotel Tylösand’s facilities, experiences, entertainment and surrounding area is an advantage.

NIGHT PORTER

As a Night Porter at Hotel Tylösand, you are available to assist our guests and deliver world-class service. Previous experience with night work is an advantage. You must be fluent in Swedish and English.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, confident, detail-oriented and service-minded, with guest satisfaction always in focus. Experience with PMS Opera, Trivec and WaiterAid is an advantage.

KIDS CLUB HOST

Tuffers Club is Hotel Tylösand’s children’s club. During the summer season, the club offers a wide range of fun activities every day for our youngest hotel guests. To apply for this role, you must have experience interacting with children, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to independently adapt and create activities suitable for children of different ages and group sizes.

We offer a Tuffers Club playroom, table tennis room, and additional indoor and outdoor spaces for creative and exciting activities. You are imaginative and creative and will do everything possible to ensure children visiting Hotel Tylösand have a memorable and fun experience.

Working hours are primarily daytime, but as we also offer private childcare, evening work may occur. As a Children’s Club Host at Tuffers Club, we offer a highly educational summer filled with laughter and wonderful young guests.

THE SPA

THERAPIST

Here’s an opportunity to work at one of Sweden’s best Spa hotels. We’re looking for qualified therapy stars for the summer season. We’re a great and enthusiastic team, working hard to give our guests an unforgettable experience by always finding solutions, and offer top-class service at our spa.

You are experienced, self-sufficient and understands the need for service and quality on a high level. You are a qualified, committed and competent skin or massage therapist. You’re careful and efficient with a positive and flexible mindset. You’re also familiar with product sales and recommendations, since this is an important part of the job.

The job positions are seasonal and the working hours can vary – but will be during days, evenings and weekends, with possible extension. Interviews will be done on an ongoing basis.

MASSAGE THERAPISTS

We are looking for certified massage therapists who want to become part of our dedicated spa team. You work with joy, professionalism and a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role includes performing massage treatments and recommending products. The positions are hourly, on an as-needed basis.
