HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
For the summer season, we are looking for housekeeping staff. The role includes cleaning all areas of the hotel, such as guest rooms, spa facilities, restaurants, conference areas, public spaces and staff areas. As the role involves a lot of guest interaction, you must be able to assist guests with their requests.
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, positive and helpful. To thrive in this role, you should enjoy working at a fast pace, have strong collaboration skills and a genuine interest in service and quality, with the guest always in focus. You are detail-oriented, able to work independently and willing to go the extra mile when needed.
Due to extensive guest interaction and the need to read and understand instructions, fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required. Previous experience in similar roles or other service positions is an advantage, but a positive attitude and ambition are just as important.
RECEPTIONIST

As a receptionist at Hotel Tylösand, you are available to assist our guests and are passionate about delivering world-class service.
Typical duties include check-in and check-out, lobby bar service, handling bookings and various administrative tasks. While we follow clear routines, no two days are the same, and the role offers great variety. You are outgoing, positive, solution-oriented and passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements include previous service experience. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, have strong teamwork skills and be stress-resistant. Experience with PMS Opera, Trivec and WaiterAid is an advantage, as is general knowledge of Hotel Tylösand.
You must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service and working hours that may include evenings and nights.
ENTRANCE HOST
As an Entrance Host, you will meet many happy summer guests and be the first person to welcome them at the hotel reception entrance.
Your main responsibility is to make guests feel comfortable, welcome and valued, while ensuring world-class service and a positive first impression of Hotel Tylösand.
Working hours are mainly evenings and nights, though daytime shifts may occur. To apply, you should be service-minded, social, detail-oriented and confident. Knowledge of Hotel Tylösand’s facilities, experiences, entertainment and surrounding area is an advantage.

NIGHT PORTER
As a Night Porter at Hotel Tylösand, you are available to assist our guests and deliver world-class service. Typical duties include check-in and check-out, lobby bar service, handling bookings and various administrative tasks. The work is primarily at night, though daytime shifts may occur if needed.
Previous experience with night work is an advantage. You must be fluent in Swedish and English.
We are looking for someone who is engaged, confident, detail-oriented and service-minded, with guest satisfaction always in focus. Experience with PMS Opera, Trivec and WaiterAid is an advantage.
You must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service and working hours that may include evenings and nights.
KIDS CLUB HOST
Tuffers Club is Hotel Tylösand’s children’s club. During the summer season, the club offers a wide range of fun activities every day for our youngest hotel guests. To apply for this role, you must have experience interacting with children, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to independently adapt and create activities suitable for children of different ages and group sizes.
We offer a Tuffers Club playroom, table tennis room, and additional indoor and outdoor spaces for creative and exciting activities. You are imaginative and creative and will do everything possible to ensure children visiting Hotel Tylösand have a memorable and fun experience.
Working hours are primarily daytime, but as we also offer private childcare, evening work may occur. As a Children’s Club Host at Tuffers Club, we offer a highly educational summer filled with laughter and wonderful young guests.
