MAJA IVARSSON & MELODY CLUB
One night. Two icons. Full throttle at Solgården.
On Wednesday, July 9, two of Sweden’s most charismatic performers take the stage at Solgården for a double concert beyond the ordinary. Expect massive energy, iconic hits, and a crowd that’s all in from the first chord to the final encore.
Maja Ivarsson – raw rock power and full-on presence
With her powerful voice, fearless attitude and explosive stage presence, Maja Ivarsson has become one of Sweden’s most beloved rock singers. As the frontwoman of The Sounds, she’s toured the world and shared the stage with legends like Foo Fighters, The Strokes and No Doubt.
Now she’s back with new music – and this summer she’ll be doing a limited number of exclusive shows. When Maja steps onto the Solgården stage, she brings the true soul of rock, classic hits, new favorites and an intensity that hits you right in the chest.
Melody Club – cult comeback with iconic energy
With their unique blend of synth, pop and rock, Melody Club defined the sound of an entire decade. Tracks like Electric, Palace Station, Baby (Stand Up) and Covergirl weren’t just radio hits – they became generational anthems.
After more than ten years of silence, the band is back. A major Stockholm concert awaits this fall – but in Tylösand, fans will get an exclusive summer preview as they return to the stage with the same electrifying energy that made them one of Sweden’s most unforgettable live acts.
After the concert, the night continues at Leif’s Concert Club – the hotel’s legendary nightclub, with the dancefloor going strong until 3 AM. A summer night with that little extra, plain and simple.
