Menu for our three course dinner, 2 May - 3 Oct 2022. You can choose between two different starters, three main courses and two desserts.

  • Grilled artichoke with chickpea aioli, lightly smoked coconut crisp, herb vinaigrette and spicy Lima bean  
  • Carpaccio on blackened sirloin steak with crispy side pork, chervil mousse, spring onion and vinaigrette with marcona almonds

  • Olive and beet root fritters with curry emulsion, green asparagus, pak choi, crosnes and blackened sivri
  • Seared char with white wine sauce, dill potatoes, crüdité with horseradish, cucumber, radish, apple and trout roe
  • Fried chicken breast from Knäred with green asparagus, cider sauce, pak choi, gremolata emulsion and roasted ratte potatoes

  • Lychee  pannacotta with passionfruit coulis, raspberry jelly, roasted coconut and fresh raspberries
  • Pastry chef’s chocolate brownie with cappuccino ice cream, savoiardi crunch and caramel sauce
