STARTER

- Olive and beet root fritters with curry emulsion, green asparagus, pak choi, crosnes and blackened sivri

Seared char with white wine sauce, dill potatoes, crüdité with horseradish, cucumber, radish, apple and trout roe

Fried chicken breast from Knäred with green asparagus, cider sauce, pak choi, gremolata emulsion and roasted ratte potatoes
DESSERT
- Lychee pannacotta with passionfruit coulis, raspberry jelly, roasted coconut and fresh raspberries
- Pastry chef’s chocolate brownie with cappuccino ice cream, savoiardi crunch and caramel sauce
