AQUA – 45 min
Fun water fitness in our big pool, where our 29-degree water keeps you comfortable. By working with or against the water you minimize the risk for injuries, while improving your strength, shape and posture.
Water training in our big pool during a movie show, under guidance from our instructor.
A nice fitness program with inspiration from Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. Strengthens your stomach and back muscles, mobility, posture and balance.
BODY PUMP – 30/45/55 min
The classic body building training with barbell for all muscle groups. Individually adapted weights and a certified instructor maximize the training result.
BOOT CAMP – 50 min
Outdoor program using nature as training tools. High intense training for shape, endurance and bodybuilding with functional movements.  
BOOTY – 25 min
Easy, fun and efficient training with a focus on belly, thighs and rump.
CORE – 25 min
Efficient strength exercises for the core, strengthening belly and lumbar, improves posture and prevents injuries.  
CORE BALL – 25 min
Core exercises where we mix movements with the Pilates ball. A fun program that improves your balance.  
Challenging training that improves endurance, explosive strength, balance, coordination, mobility and stability.  
HOT YOGA – 30 min
Performed sitting in our soft sauna with its mild 50-degree temperature. Easy yoga poses in combination with the comfortable warmth that has a soothing effect on brain and body.
RIP – 25 min
A fun and tough workout where we use straps to train the whole body and increase stability. An effective way to develop your physical capacity and get rewarding results.

SPINNING – 25 min
Efficient bicycle training that’s easy on your body and quickly will improve your shape. The instructor can choose to run certain parts virtually by letting you cycle to a film. Good exercise for various leg muscles with different resistances and tempos.

SPINNING – 45 min
Bicycle training where the instructor will guide you through a virtual bicycle trip with a film. Imagine serpentine roads in Italy, a trip around Lake Lugano or why not check out the Rocky Mountains? Music, environment and even fragrances are synced to bring your fitness program to a new dimension.

STEP & STRENGTH – 25 min
Easy step exercises with shape training on a step board as well as strength training for the whole body. A fun and rewarding program with action and lots of happy smiles.
TABATA – 50 min
Challenging and high-intense interval training with short and efficient intervals that improves both strength and shape.

YOGA – 50/60 min
Improve your strength, flexibility, balance and consciousness with yoga. You’ll combine body, senses and soul in an efficient program that will give you more muscle perseverance and mental clarity. Everything with a focus on breathing.
A calm and harmonious program where the training is founded on Hatha yoga.  Softness and relaxation to strengthen the body’s functions—a nice workout for body and soul.
Program with stretch exercises to prolong stiff and rigid muscles, also with breathing in focus.  Both your body and your senses will feel renewed afterwards. Perfect as an individual class or as a complement to other programs.  
ZUMBA – 50 min
Easy and joyful dance program to latin rhythms, which has a positive and stimulating effect on body and soul. Shape and coordination training is combined with different rhythms from merengue, salsa, cha-cha and reggae.

With reservations for changes in the programs.
All programs are drop in and the age limit is 15 years, both for the programs and the gym.
